GENERAL RV 2021 VIRTUAL RV SHOW SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

The General RV 2021 Virtual RV Show Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by General R.V. Center Inc. (“Sponsor”), a Michigan domestic profit corporation, with its principal place of business located at: 38500 Assembly Park Drive, Wixom, MI 48393.

1. Eligibility:
   No purchase is necessary. Open to legal United States residents who are at least 18 years of age or age of majority as of the date of entry. Valid proof of identification, in the form of a driver’s license or passport, may be required to be presented at time of prize redemption. Entries are limited to individuals only; commercial enterprises or business entities are not eligible. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, judging agents and promotion partners, and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors are not eligible to enter or win any prize(s). This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by local, state or federal laws. Only one entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Only one prize per household.
2. Sweepstakes Period:
   The Sweepstakes begins January 15, 2021 at or around 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and ends February 7, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“Sweepstakes Period”).
3. To Enter:
   Complete an official entry blank at https://www.generalrv.com/virtual-showroom/register
   
   Use of any automated system to enter Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the case of a dispute of the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provide, Internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
4. Prize(s):
   On or about February 15, 2021 a random drawing from all eligible entries will be conducted to select four (4) winners. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The following is a description of the prize to be awarded to the winner: two (2) MasterCard or Visa Gift Cards valued at Two Hundred, Fifty Dollars and 00/100 ($250.00) each for a total value of Five Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($500.00). Prizes are non-transferable and may not be given, bartered or sold. There are no cash or prize substitutes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Gift card terms and conditions apply.
   Winner may be required to sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and complete a W-9 Form to be awarded prize. Prize must be claimed no later than March 15, 2021. If the prize is not claimed within such time, winner fails to meet eligibility requirements or does not sign Affidavit of Eligibility; Release and Indemnification and W-9, then an alternate winner may be selected.
   Winner(s) need not be present to win and will be notified by email or telephone. Prize will only be awarded to a person with an address within the United States.
5. Limitation of Liability:
   By entering Sweepstakes, entrant agrees to be bound by these rules and that the decision of the Sponsor is final. Sponsor will conduct the Sweepstakes substantially as described in these rules. However, Sponsor shall retain the right to abbreviate, extend, modify, or cancel the Sweepstakes without any further obligation due to events beyond its control.
   Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human or printing error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures of any telephone network, computer equipment, software, inability to access any online service or web site, inability to submit the online Sweepstakes registration form, or any other error or malfunction, or any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes, or for late, lost, postage due, stolen, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. If, in the Sponsor’s opinion there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of this Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right to void any entries at issue and/or to suspend, modify or cancel or terminate this Sweepstakes, in whole or in part, at any time without notice and award the prizes in a random drawing from among all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the termination date.
   Entrants agree to release, discharge and save harmless the owners of General R.V. Inc., their officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes and/or entrant’s acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize, or lost or misdirected prizes. Winner(s) will be responsible for all local, state and federal income taxes associated with winning the prize(s).
6. Dispute Resolution:
   All claims and disputes of any nature, whether at law or equity, in any way related to or arising out of the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules will be resolved in accordance with the provisions set forth in this Dispute Resolution section. This Dispute Resolution section applies to all claims and disputes whenever arising, including those arising prior to an entrant’s acceptance of these Official Rules. Sweepstakes participation constitutes your acceptance of these terms and any changes to these terms. In consideration of your participating in the Sweepstakes, except for intellectual property claims, you agree that if you have a dispute with General RV about the Sweepstakes, you will try to resolve the dispute through negotiation with General RV. If agreement cannot be reached through negotiation, you agree to seek resolution on an individual basis only through a Court having competent jurisdiction in the State of Michigan. You agree that all disputes regarding the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the substantive laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflicts of law rules. This means that if you decide to file a claim against General RV regarding anything having to do with the Sweepstakes, Michigan law will control that claim and the exclusive jurisdiction for deciding any disputes shall be in Oakland County, Michigan, with any claim being filed in Oakland County, Michigan.
   
   Entrant will not file a class action or collective action against Administrator or Sponsor, and will not participate in a class action or collective action against either or both of them. Entrant agrees that he or she will not join his or her claims to those of any other person. Under no circumstances does Administrator or Sponsor agree to class or collective procedures in arbitration or the joinder of claims in arbitration.
7. General:
   Winner's entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its affiliates to use his/her name, photograph and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without compensation.
8. Privacy:
   By providing your email address when entering the Sweepstakes, you may opt in to receive email communications from Sponsor, and you may receive ongoing marketing emails, monthly offers, alerts and other recurring email communications from Sponsor. You may opt out of such email communications by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of any such email communication and following the instructions for unsubscribing. By providing your mobile phone number when entering the Sweepstakes, you may opt in to receive text messages from Sponsor and you may receive ongoing marketing text messages, offers, alerts and other recurring messages from an automated system. Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes is subject to and will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located: https://www.generalrv.com/about/privacy-policy.
