CAMPING CRITICAL ISSUES:

Most Camping Critical issues can be resolved the same day. If we need to order parts, they will be expedited to get your RV back on the road as soon as possible.

Receive a same-day inspection and repair plan. In most cases, you'll leave with your RV the same day.
1. Take your RV to any General RV location Monday through Friday (9 a.m. – 3 p.m.) for a same-day inspection and repair plan.
2. Your service writer will communicate progress while we work on the repair or maintenance service.
3. As we service your RV, we’ll complete a comprehensive quality assurance check.
4. We will walk you through all RV repairs to ensure your satisfaction.
5. Once the repair has been completed, you can continue camping.
All customers who purchase an RV from General RV. If you bought your RV somewhere else and we carry your brand and it’s still under warranty, you can take advantage of the program too.

Some repairs may require additional parts that we do not have on hand and must be ordered. To help save time and trips to the dealership, smaller parts that do not require professional installation can be shipped directly to you.
