Thomas and Brenton went way out of their way to get past issues resolved. They listened to our concerns in order to determine what needed to be done to get the issues resolved and to suggest what also needed to be done in the future to help prevent them from happening again. They both seemed very willing to help address issues that we brought up and their positive attitude and actions resolved the issues so quickly that we were shocked by how they were able to get us back on the road in a relatively short period of time.
