With our Keep You Camping program, you will receive priority service on your RV for any Camping Critical Issue listed below. Most issues can be resolved the same day. If we need to order parts, they will be expedited to get your RV back on the road as soon as possible.
If you’re experiencing a Camping Critical issue, call any General RV location during Keep You Camping service hours (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.) and let us know you’re on your way! No need to make an appointment.

*Keep You Camping hours, during which Camping Critical issues can be reviewed, are from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. Must visit during these hours for same-day inspection and repair plans. All RVs purchased from General RV Center are eligible. RVs purchased from other dealers are also eligible, as long as General RV carries the same brand and it's still under warranty. Call your local General RV Center for specific guidelines regarding Camping Critical issues. All Camping Critical issues subject to approval by General RV Center. Some issues may require the unit to be serviced at the chassis manufacturer's location.
